How do prepaid phone cards work?
It's really very simple. Each phone card has a toll free number or/and local access number. It also has a "PIN" (Personal Identification Number) (it is also called as account number or authorization number sometimes). Just call the toll free number or local access number, enter your "PIN" after which you'll be prompted to enter the destination phone number that you're calling. To call a destination number outside the North America, the general rule is to dial: 011-country code-area (city) code; then the local phone number. To call North American phone number, dial 1-area code-phone number. Please do not add any prefix "0" before country code and area code.
Rates are subject to change without notice, how can I trust the rate?
Unlike regular phone companies, phone card issuing companies do not know who is using their cards. To minimize legal liabilities which might result from the fact that phone card companies cannot always notify end users about an unanticipated fluctuation in card rates, all phone card companies issue the disclaimer that "rates are subject to change without notice."
